A concise requirement brief

Bucket hat bulk order brief

Bucket hat sample, individual pack and labeled shipping carton arranged in sequence
  1. Specify the hat
  2. Approve the decoration
  3. Confirm the pack
  4. Align destination costs

The sequence is a planning tool. Material, MOQ, carton details and dates are assumptions until the proposed supplier confirms them.

Send a concise brief

Map cost categories before comparing totals

01

Hat and decoration

Specify cotton or synthetic composition, fabric weight, size or adjustment, brim and crown dimensions, embroidery width, placement and thread colors. Keep setup or digitizing separate from the piece quote. An artwork revision changes the priced scope.

02

Sample and approval

List plain sample, decorated sample, requested test or document review and sample freight. Assign an approver and an acceptance checklist. These are quote lines to request, not services automatically included at no charge.

03

Packaging and transport

Record piece and pack configuration, pack ratio, cartons, gross weight, carton dimensions and US receiving location. Compare currency and trade terms with the freight scope stated. Unknown destination charges remain open values, not zero-cost assumptions.

How budget and preference change the question

A whole-order budget must cover the stated order scope; a per-piece budget needs currency and a clear inclusion list. Ask a premium-oriented supplier response about sample iterations, material control and decoration detail. Ask a budget-oriented response which specification simplifications are proposed. A mid-range brief can prioritize fixed fabric and fit while comparing packaging options. If undecided, request alternatives against the same mandatory requirements.

For illustration, 40 dozen hats equal 480 pieces. Split that quantity by color and size before comparing quotes. This calculation is not a published MOQ, pack offer or current price. Do not divide a total including freight by one supplier's piece count while comparing it with another supplier's ex-factory price.

Keep assumptions beside the evidence request

Will the delivered hat match the approved sample?

Record the proposed style, fiber composition, size chart, artwork revision and pack arrangement. Request confirmation that these control the quoted order. Photograph and measure the sample under a stated method; retain the approval date and unresolved differences.

Does the lower number describe the same purchase?

Compare material, size quantities, decoration, pack basis, sample charges and destination costs in a shared ledger. Leave supplier A and supplier B values blank until a response arrives. An omitted cost is a question, not evidence of a saving.

Submit the decisions you already know

Tell us which values are fixed and which need supplier suggestions. Include product, quantity, US destination, desired timing, optional budget and documents to request. Your inquiry starts a clarification process; it does not place an order.

Describe the accessory type and use, material composition, size or adjustment method, decoration placement, piece and pack configuration. We review your product specifications, quantity, destination and delivery timing before seeking quotations.
