Institutional programWearer group, adjustment method, decoration area and distribution units.Size chart with measurement method; requested construction and labeling documents.Count pieces per destination and clarify receiving requirements.

These are procurement scenarios, not customer cases or verified supplier capabilities. The buyer supplies the intended application; a supplier must answer for the exact proposed item.

Two decoration decisions worth testing

Dense embroidery or a lighter stitch pattern?

Dense fill can provide a solid mark but may stiffen a lightweight crown. A lighter design changes coverage and visual detail. Request two sew-outs at the intended logo dimensions on the same fabric, then inspect puckering, backing feel and small text. The result is a buyer comparison, not a universal stitch-density rule.

Lowest unit quote or a complete pack scope?

A low piece price can exclude labels, decoration setup or retail bags. Compare base hat, embroidery, packaging, samples and destination freight on the same quantity. A budget preference may prioritize a simpler mark; a premium preference may prioritize extra sample iterations. No option implies an independently verified supplier tier.

Use the bulk Order Brief, compare product options and read the procurement notes.

Define the embroidery program

Send artwork placement, headwear size quantities, pack ratio and destination. Mark the event or receiving date as a requested target, subject to supplier and transport confirmation.
